Returns
It is important that you read and understand the Terms of Service Page of this site when returning an item.
Normally, returns are limited to items with manufacturer defects, which ultimately are handled by the manufacturer. If it is necessary to return a handgun, you must ship it to us via UPS Second Day or USPS Second Day with insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during the shipping process.
Before returning the item, you must call us first to authorize the return.
Our responsibility is limited to replacement of the item when it is fixed or replaced by the manufacturer. Because of extended repair/replacement times for some firearms, we have no control over how long it may take. No refunds will be issued.
