When ordering, make sure you make arrangements with, and have all the contact information for an FFL in your area with whom you do business. You will be asked to provide that contact information during the checkout portion of the ordering process.
We will call your FFL prior to shipping to exchange information and verify shipping information. Make sure you are aware of any fees he may charge to do a firearm transfer and have worked it out with him.
It will be that FFL's responsibility to complete the NICS Background Investigation and to complete the required ATF Forms. It is your responsibility to make sure you are eligible to purchase a firearm in accordance with Federal and State Laws.
